How to make Butter Chicken Recipe?

Hi my dear viewers, today i am going to show you how to make “Butter Chicken Recipe”. i hope you like this yummy & tasty recipe. It is also named as “Murghi Makhani”. This is one of my favarate Non-Veg Recipe. Today i am going to share this procedure how to make “butter chicken recipe” with you. Naan is the best combination Butter Chicken Recipe.

➡ Required Ingreidients:

Raw Chicken-700gms.

Marinade:

Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

Curd – 500gms

Salt to taste

Gravy:

White Butter – 100gms

Fresh Cream – 100gms

Black Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp

Tomato  Paste – 500gms

Sugar – 1/2 tsp

Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

White Butter –  75 gm

Sliced Green Chillies – 4

Crushed Fenugreek Leaves – 1/2 tsp

 

➡ Procedure To Follow:

  • Marinade with  chilli powder,  salt ginger garlic paste, and curd together.
  • Now mix the raw chicken in the marinade and keep this mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Then finally roast the marinated chicken in an oven or tandoor  it for about 5-10 minutes till it is three fourth done.

➡ For the chicken gravy: 

  • Heat white butter in pan.
  • Now add  tomato paste, sugar, black cumin seeds, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.
  • Now add the prepared chicken, white butter, fresh cream, sliced green chillies and crushed fenugreek leaves.
  • Cook till chicken is done.
  • Yummy Butter Chicken is ready to eat. You can Serve hot with rice or some naan.
