➡ Required Ingredients:

  • chicken – 250 gms
  • eggs – 2, slightly beaten
  • refined flour – 3/4 cup
  • garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
  • ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • oil – 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped garlic – 1 tsp
  • finely chopped onions – 1/2 cup
  • large capsicum-chopped fine – 1

➡ For sauce, mix together:

  • corn flour-blended – 3 Tbsp
  • cup water – 1/2
  • vinegar – 2 Tbsp
  • salt – 2 tsp
  • soya sauce – 2 tsp
  • tomato puree – 1/2 cup
  • chopped celery – 2 Tbsp or 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • water – 2 cups

➡ Process of making Chicken Manchurian Recipe :

 

  1. Mix all together the chicken, egg, flour, garlic and ginger paste, ajino moto and enough water so as to have a thick batter. Leave this for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil, keeping the heat high drop heaped teaspoon fulls of butter and fry to a golden brown. Drain
    on paper towels till required.
  3. Heat 2 table spoons of oil, and stir-fry the garlic and onion in it over high heat, till the onions look golden brown. Now add the capsicum and turn around a few times.
  4. Now Prepare Chicken Manchurian Recipe sauce mixture, and simmer till the sauce thickens and becomes translucent.
  5. Add the fried balls, turn around a few times and serve it hot.
